Hunterian Museum – Once in a lifetime experience for your guests
The Hunterian Museum is available for private hire in the evening and is the perfect space for drinks receptions for up to 150 guests. Housing the collection of John Hunter (1728–1793), a surgeon regarded as one of the most distinguished scientists of his day, the ‘crystal gallery’ of 3,000 glass jars showcases his fascinating assortment of original anatomical preparations, fossils and skeletons.
The museum’s galleries will add an extra sparkle to any event, and the collections on show will intrigue and delight your guests.
Surgeons’ Library – Original 19th Century Library
With fantastic views over Lincoln’s Inn Fields, our authentic period Library is available in the evenings for private hire and provides the perfect backdrop for photographs of your special occasion. The Library is an ideal location for pre-dinner drinks for up to 100 people or a seated dinner for 30.
Edward Lumley Hall – Early 20th Century Atmosphere
A spacious, oak-panelled room with a capacity of up to 400 people, the opulent proportions of the Edward Lumley Hall make it the perfect venue for formal banquets, drink receptions and wedding ceremonies, with a polished floor that is absolutely perfect for your first dance.
We are delighted to announce that our rates have not been increased for 2013, and we would like to offer you 15% off room hire when booking an event with us to take place before 30 April 2013. Our event co-ordinators will do their utmost to ensure that everything is perfect on the day and can assist you with all those finishing touches that you need for a successful event.
